MUNAY HEALING CIRCLE

Indigenous Tribes regarded the circle as the main symbol for understanding life's mysteries. They have observed that all of life was circular movement which could be seen everywhere throughout nature. The circle format offers new possibilities for better understanding of self, others and the issues at hand. The circle improves communication and collaboration between team members and relationships with others.
How to use the Circle: As in the ancient circles of elders, each member comes to know they bring a piece of the truth to the circle - essential in itself, but only a part of the whole. The passion of our personal vision is shared without attachment, and then our position is released to the larger truth of the circle.

                                                     AYNI HEALING JOURNEYS

ayni: (n) Reciprocity, balance, harmony. Right    relationship; sacred interchange. Communal work;    mutual aid and work loaned; debt. Sacred reciprocity. If you give you will receive and if you receive you must give back. This is the one law of the Andean mystical tradition still often witnessed in small mountain villages today. A way of life founded by the Incas upon which, in the high Andes, one's very survival depends. To practice ayni with all   people and all of nature is to open the heart.

Join me for a heart opening practice of mudras (yoga for hands), pranayama (breathing exercises) , warm up postures and a healing indigenous (shamanic Journey) into the realms of our mind to allow healing on an emotional and spiritual level guided by the sounds of the Navajo flute.

NEW MOON  CEREMONY

A New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start in it’s cycle of waxing and waning. During this time the Moon is empty and receptive and full of potential. This is an optimum time to plant seeds of intentions for what you wish to manifest in your life.
Most of us, live our lives so disconnected from the Earth, and devoid of any kind of ritual that creates the space for us to connect. So the New Moon provides us with an opportunity to take the time to create SACRED SPACE for ourselves. It’s essential.
Join us for New Moon Ceremonies every month for both genders, as typical moon gathers are normally women groups or men groups.

FULL MOON CEREMONY

The arrival of the full moon each month may highlight what is no longer serving you. As the moon reaches its fullest and brightest, much in your life will also have come into full illumination, highlighting both what is and isn’t working.

Particularly if you set new moon intentions, the full moon may shed light on what is holding you back from progress and is a perfect opportunity to remove what stands in your way.

Many people feel energy intensifying in the lead up to the full moon. If you have felt the pressure building, perform a full moon releasing ritual to cast off what is no longer serving you.
