If you give you will receive and if you receive you must give back. This is the one law of the Andean mystical tradition still often witnessed in small mountain villages today. A way of life founded by the Incas upon which, in the high Andes, one's very survival depends. To practice ayni with all people and all of nature is to open the heart.
