The coming Full Moon is extra special to me as it is the Last Full moon of the year .
This moon is called the Cold moon which leads us towards self reflection, bringing the previous year to conclusion and balancing our energy,

3.MEDITATION under the light of the full moon focus on your breath, notice your inhale and exhale, really feel the oxygen as it enters your nostrils from the plant kind, notice the carbondioxide as it exits your nostrils to the plant kind. Reflect on the fact that you are connected with the plants and everything else around you, so too with your connection to this celestial event. With your eyes closed feeling your connection with all around you place your hands on below your navel, take a deep inhale counting to 7, hold to the count of 7, then with your exhale release all the stored energy in this space below your navel , this area of your body by the Quechua of peru connects to your earth band, energy that does not serve you from this space when consciously released returns to the earth as compost. 2.Gather a sheet of paper and a pen.
3. Fold the paper horizontally into two equal halves and then vertically into two equal haves creating 4 slots on the sheet of paper.
4. Write on of the following 4 headings over each area - Abundance , Health , Power , Love.
5. In the darkness of the moon, conscious of the special symbolism of this day say a prayer of gratitude.Gratitude for being guided to this ceremony, gratitude for spring, and gratitude for the coming summer.
6. When you are ready say a prayer similar to the following "Great spirit, I ask that you will guide my hand with manifesting my desires for the upcoming Full moon, may my requests bring peace to myself and all I see, Joy to myself and all I touch.

4.Sprinkle the salt water and sweet water on your bundle while repeating in your mind "As above, So below, As within So Without " or " let Thy kingdom come; let Thy will be done, as in Heaven so on earth" (which ever you are more comfortable with) .Find a spot outdoors or a plant and dig a whole that will fit your paper filled with intentions and significant objects.
5.Place your hands to your heart and say a prayer of thanks to great spirit, a prayer of gratitude for guiding you to this practice, to this ceremony, and asking that the hands that plants this seed shall reap its intended harvest towards the benefit of yourself and those you will meet.
6.When it feels right place your hands before your forehead and repeat your personal confirmation used after prayer either amen, selah , han han niah / katu ,so it shall be etc..
7. Now put your hands before your stomach, slightly below your solar plexus (below rib cage). Let the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you. Cross the thumbs. It is important to straighten the fingers. This Mudra (hand seal) Opens the Solar plexus so your gateway in your energetic body for will power and manifestation will assists with the planting of your intentions.
place the fingers in the hole and take 3 deep inhales and exhales. Really feel that relief and gratitude with each exhale as all the tension is released from your being as compost for the seeds you are about to plant.
8. Place your bundle into the hole, cover it up with the dirt and spend a few moments in silence, pure silence not thoughts, no worries, just experience being.. it also helps to count the breath from 1-10 (1 for inhale 2 for exhale) and repeat when you arrive at 10 until you feel that you are truly centered.

So the lower world / inner world / sub conscious was given a negative view because it stored your contracts and if you write them for yourself store them their so you can full fill them and clear karmic lessons karma is not something negative to balance is almost like a debt you have because you wanted to experience forgiveness so another soul did have to experience being MEAN so you could experience being forgiving, all the positive traits of experiences call for someone to behave contrary to their natural state, so you promise them you will return the favor.
Now when others try to tamper with your contracts which clearly is only certain secret societies do that (luckily none a member of here yet but they will come to keep look especially since I channeling this here).
You created an illusion in that space to keep it protected this beautiful realm of important information, your wound (that you came to heal thanks to a friendly soul) , your contracts , your grace (healed self who you truly are an image is here so you always remember) , your gifts (gifts acquired through past lives) and your power animals (to help guide you with your purpose ).
The illusion you created is that it is a scary place when in truth it is just a beautiful space with a Gate keeper you have to ask permission to enter.
Now each incarnation you go there but if you can't go there you are stuck in karmic cycles, and thus contracts can be exploited for several life times.

so other than spreading this myth that you carry with you into each life you are also constantly distracted by money, technology and gadgets.
NB in older days money was given freely just to distract us all from our souls purpose, but they found and easier way to distract and control us using the same money, now instead of giving us freely to spend now they lend us so we owe money on money .

the illusion of an underworld prison should have GUARDS to keep inmates IN.
Both ancient religions had guides to carry people to the underworld.. who would want a GUIDE TO HELL !!!!!
There is NO HELL, the guide is your guide to your personal inner space, the Guard on the outside isn't no GUARD.. that's the GATE KEEPER TO YOUR INNER SPACE OF POWER WHILE IN THE PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE.
In the middle of a regular day A voice calls out to me , I tune into that voice and feel a familiar presence I recognise it is my newly re-acquianted spirit guide, the aspect that was hidden in the shadows since balancing my energy we have been growing closer to each other I listened to the teachings from my shadow and light spirit guides about energy , vibration , and life.
The guidance received is detailed below.
Guide - You see them walking around aimlessly if only they knew that what they perceive is not even half of the story.
You understand don't you Kalan, that what is perceived in your world is the objects that reflect light that is what your eyes see.
For the objects that hmm.. lets say reject light they too exist at a lower vibration and you cannot see but feel these energies / entities.
The energies / entities from this realm know not of the human realm which has light and darkness, day and night, for them their is only darkness.
How they would love to enter the middle realm as a bird, an ant, a plant, or a stone just to be in a realm of experiences and perceptions through several senses.
When a human drops their vibration to an extremely low level to the darkest parts of their being filled with only despair and desperation they receive a glimpse of the lower vibration levels, these entities/ energies will also perceive them as strange beings showing them a way out and they will cling to this person trying to escape from their space.
The lower vibrational energies / entities see our realm as a heaven, a promised land spoken of in fable, with beings that are gifted with choices oh how they long to be in human form little do they know that we all can raise or lower our vibrations, shifting between states if we so desire simply through tapping into the divine source .

You seek to understand, to learn how to escape this realm or make use of their technology and tools. Those humans that become aware of higher vibrational levels and consciously choose to raise to the light you perceive them as strange beings showing you a way out and likewise you cling to them for escape, you seek to posses these beings just as much as the lower vibrational beings seek to posses us. You glorify these teachers some even claim them to be more than man , viewing them as your salvation if only you realised that we all can raise or lower our vibrations, shifting between states if we so desire simply through tapping into the divine source.

SM Meditation insight 1: Fact to experience - Life is A struggle. Experience : The birth of a child is called labor - to work hard. From entering this world we are taught that this life begins with us kicking and screaming and ends with us kicking and screaming. Through deep insight meditation I desired to experience this concept of life as a struggle, and unravel the inner teachings. I realised that a struggle or labor is the modus operandi of the logical mind, we visualise a goal and actively work towards achieving this goal thus creating a state of constant struggle, constant want, constant desire. If I desire to be non attached, then my goal has changed to the lack of attachment and my new struggle is to release the bond attachments have on me or the links I have to situations / individuals.
The deeper I went into meditating on the fact my mind manifested a response, The answer to this dilemma of struggle is to simply BE, for we are human Beings, as the plant grows towards the light wanting not, worrying not, struggling not, expecting not, so too does the enlightened soul ascend the logical mind into higher states of consciousness, void of time or expectations.. The word that was impressed upon me was non-expectation, without expectations we can practice BEING, observing the present and accepting as it is wanting not, struggling not, enjoying the serenity of the NOW.
SM Meditation Insight 4 Fact to experience - Accumulation of Attachments
Experience gained : attached - joined or fastened to something. Accumulation of attachments is a subconscious process that once initiated consumes an individual slowly until identity and freedom is lost. This is comparable to the unquenchable fire from the christian bible, this flame will not die until it consumes all in its path, from birth we believe that attachments are required for survival, attachment to our name, our family, our title, our job, our friends, our partners, our nation, our educational institution , our community. With the accumulation of several connections over time the individual loses sight of self and the original soul contract this existence / experience was intended for. I invite you to enter the space of Non-Attachment, not being attached does not indicate lack of empathy or compassion, this indicates a conscious decision to be congruent, to act as soul desires iregardless of another's view, the path of non-attachment has been portrayed to many as a lonely path void of love. I will shine some light on this concept, the truth is that Non-attachment leads to non-judgement and non-suffering, in the vibration of attachment the love that is shared will be conditional, dependent upon expectations, attached to perceived desires , once these desires are not met then begins the onset of suffering. From the space of non-attachment there is no judgement, we accept things as they are, there is no suffering we do not dwell on what could have been, we simply delight in what is and always will be.

The Upper World The Upper World is
what psychiatry refers to as the superconscious, a realm that’s greater than
the limited ego sense we have in our everyday existence.
All traditional societies refer to the Upper World (as do many religions), and
each has its own map to describe the terrain. There are the Christian
depictions of purgatory and paradise, which delineate the levels of
purification humans must undergo before entering into paradise. There are the
ancient maps of Tibet that illustrate the bardo planes, where a person’s soul
atones for his mistakes and then returns to the light after much hardship and
suffering. The laika tell of a multitiered landscape which is inhabited by the
collective souls of minerals, plants, and animals , as well as the souls of our
ancestors; and each of the five planes of this wolrd exists in a different
relationship to time.
The Laika, believe that after your death, you naturally gravitate toward one of
these levels of the Upper World based upon how you’ve lived your life. If you
arrive in an unhealed state, for instance ,you’re consigned to the lower tiers,
where you undergo a period of cleansing and purging. Yet if you live
consciously, you can arrive at one of the higher tiers of the Upper World,
where there’s no time or suffering…. Only joy.
The beings you meet in the upper world are there to guide you with regards to
your soul contracts in this life, to reconnect us with our lifes purpose we
chose before the human experience.
The Five Planes of the Upper World.
First Plane, Level of the Stone
People
Once you pass the gatekeeper, you’ll enter into the lowest tiers of the Upper
World. In the first level, time passes in a fashion similar to how you
experience it in your world. It marches forward, taking the occasional detour
to reverse itself, as it does in dreams, but it is basically linear.
This level is an earthbound world of darkness and suffering, where you purify
yourself before moving on to higher levels that are filled with joy and peace.
For indigenous cultures, the first level of the Upper World is known as the
domain of the Stone people. This is where the essence and spirit of stones
reside and energy vibrates at a very low frequency.
Great for stones not for people, No
light, no senses, you have a vague awareness of the presence of others, but you
can’t relate to them or communicate with them. Here’ there is only
suffering.
Earthbound
spirit that’s purging and cleansing and is still attached to a place where it
might have lived or was killed, we’re referring to a spirit that’s stuck in the
realm of the Stone People. They cling to the location of an automobile accident,
a rape, a place where soul loss and life
loss happened at the same time. They may also be bound to a person they
loved or hated, lingering and clinging to them until the person joins them in
the first tier, and their able to resolve their souls business together.
According to legend you can’t leave the first tier until you learn the way of
stewardship of the earth represented by the Stone People. (unfinished
business).
Second plane – Plant people
As a soul purges and heals, it becomes increasingly awake; consequently it may
pass into the second tier of the Upper World. This level is much more pleasant
for humans than the first. You can see,
and all of your senses are available to you, but there continues to be
suffering as you purge from your last lifetime. The tide of time still exerts a
pull, and cause and effect still predominate.
here the many streams of your previous lifetimes run into the currents of your
most recent existence. You not only recapitulate and experience the events of
your recent past, but those of many other incarnations as well. You meet
beings you recognize and who recognize you. As in a dream people from the
distant past and from your recent lifetimes appear and seek forgiveness of
vengeance. You can interact with them, but as
in dreams, senses change rapidly and it takes a long time to find resolution.
You can’t leave the second tier until you accept responsibility for the
stewardship of all green life, of the flowers, and of the forests. The plant
people level is one of cleansing and growth, life and sunlight, it’s a green
world where the spirits of plants reside.
The laika journey to this place to receive guidance as to which herbs and
plants they should use for a person in need. It is from this wolrd that
pharmacology first emerged among traditional peoples. Indigenous healers did
not test 100 of remedies before finding what worked, they asked.
Third Plane: Level of the Animal
Spirits
This realm has the spirit of all animals and extinct species, individuals aren’t differentiated from each
other and there’s nothing but a complete absorption with nature because animals
have collective souls, unlike humans who have individual souls. There’s no
consciousness, no separation from anything that occurs around you-instead,
you’re abosorbed and possessed by the collective with no sense of I or self.
Time is completely fluid in this world, although there’s still a past and
present.
The human soul that inhabit this world are in their final stages of purging.
All that’s required now is that they awaken and realize that they’re dreaming. According to legend, you many not
leave this tier until you can participate
consciously in the evolution of all life.
During these 3 levels you will meet those you are familiar with but you cannot
communicate each soul is focused on there own purging.
The Fourth Plane – Ancestors
The souls of your ancestors reside in the fourth tier, and you can engage them
in dialogue because they’ve finished their own atonement process. This domain
is filled with people, places and things that mirror and parallel those from
your world. Here you meet your loved ones who have completed the journey back
home.
A shaman helps you in this life to heal so in the afterlife it is not required
to journey through all of these planes.
This is all about preparing to meet your celestial
parents, who will help you choose the next family you’ll be born into, the
circumstances and place of your next birth, and what kind of life experiences
you;’ll have in your next incarnation.
The life-review process occurs in
the presence of your celestial parents, this is where you’re accused, the
defendant, the judge and the jury all at once.
The 4th tier is a realm of peace and rest for humans, where souls
gather between incarnations. Even though
you’ve purged and atoned, your soul’s history will determine your next
incarnation. Time stands nearly still, but cause and effect and the law of
karma still predominate. A minute in this realm can be a century of earth time.
Legend says you don’t evolve beyond this
domain until you accept responsibility for dreaming the entire universe into
being.
5th Plane level of the
highest
From here you can climb a ladder into the fifth and highest level. The realm of angels, archangels where the
great medicine healers reside. This is where all the souls dedicated to
assisting humankind dwell, including the bodhisattvas of Buddhism and the
saints of Christianity. This is where you meet your self that never entered the
stream of time, the once containing all the knowledge of the person you’re
evolving into.
